What is my Account Information used for?
Your
account information and identification pages contain all of the
important information that we’ll need to properly identify you in the
case of an emergency such as would be required in the case of a stolen
vehicle.
It
also contains vital information for use by our secure, online,
electronic billing processes.

| 2. | How
can I access my Monthly Billing records ? All ACCOUNT billing detail records are available online for the previous 12 month period. Select BILLING from the left hand navigation bar and then click on the Vehicle Serial Number or Vehicle Description you assigned to each vehicle. Selecting any vehicle will display all summary monthly billing statements. Detailed Monthly Billing Statements and Charges are available by clicking on the Bill Date associated with each monthly period located on the left hand side of the line item display. | |

| 3. | How do I update my Billing Method ? All services are billed in accordance with your preferences established for each equipped vehicle.
In order to setup or change your desired billing method first select the BILLING title from the left hand navigation bar, next select the individual vehicle you wish to change under the Billing Detail heading which will provide you with the last 12 months billing detail records for that vehicle. In order to change your preferred method for this vehicle click on the link, "UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION" and then enter your new form of payment via either e-Check or Credit Card. You must read and accept the SERVICE TERMS related to the acceptance of services by reading and checking the I AGREE box before the system will allow you to complete any desired changes. |

| 4. | How do I change my Service Plan information ? The SERVICE PLAN associated with each vehicle may be changed by first selecting the BILLING option from the left hand navigation bar and then by clicking on the link for the desired vehicle under the right hand heading "PLAN INFO". You may select from any of the three desired service packages depending on your needs. All volume upgrades will become effective in the following billing period and will remain effective for a minimum 6 months from the first active month. Service upgrades are not retroactive to previous billing periods. All system utilization in excess of the selected service plan volumes will be billed in accordance with the "Per Event" charges associated with each plan. |

| 5. | How do I
add another vehicle to an existing account ? First, select VEHICLES from the left hand navigation bar, from there enter the systems Serial Number and Activation Key to proceed. |

| 6. | What is
the automated test ? Once every two weeks the communications network performs an automatic test of the systems radio communications systems by placing a wireless Quality of Service request to your vehicle. Once received your system performs onboard electronics performance tests including the GPS receiver module. |

| 7. | How do I
setup the system to notify me in the event of a system test
failure ? Select VEHICLES from the left hand navigation bar and then click on the Vehicle you wish to configure. To enable Automatic TEST FAILURE notification, first check the box labeled, "Enable Test Notifications" and then program the system with your FAX, EMAIL and PRIMARY notification numbers. The system will now automatically test the proper communications and GPS capabilities of your system once every two weeks and automatically notify you in the event of a system failure. |

| 8. | What do the labels and indicator lights mean on the bottom horizontal bar on the main
page ? The different status light indicators provide warning lights to alert you to possible concerns regarding your account, the IVR, (Interactive Voice Response) system, visual indication that the GEO-Fence feature is turned off or on, the level of remote features that are available to the vehicle, which is dependent upon wireless service areas and the STATUS of your systems last automated performance TEST. |

| 9. | What is the difference between TRACKING the vehicle and LOCATING the vehicle ? When you request the system to LOCATE the vehicle, the system sends a wireless signal to the vehicle to request the onboard GPS receiver to transmit its current or last known GPS coordinates, or position, back to you. A LOCATE only provides a single GPS position and is only performed on an "ON DEMAND" basis only when you request it.
When you request the system to TRACK the vehicle, the system sends a wireless signal to the vehicle to request the onboard GPS receiver to transmit not only its current or last known GPS coordinates or position back to you, but to also request that the system continue to automatically TRACK the vehicle sending you its position once every 3 minutes for a 30 minute interval.

| 10. | How can I see the map results of a LOCATE or TRACK event when I request it ? At the time you request the system to perform either a LOCATE or a TRACK of the vehicle the system will provide an on-screen map display detailing the location, speed and direction of the vehicle. The results of each of these types of events are retained online for a period of 1 year under the HISTORY page and may be viewed at a later date by first locating the line which shows the date and time of the previous location you are seeking and then clicking the link on the right hand column under MAP. |

| 11. | How accurate is the GPS receiver ? Your new 12 channel, GPS receiver represents the latest in state of the art GPS designs and is usually accurate within 10 meters while navigating in the "3D" mode. It is possible that under certain conditions such as urban canyons, or other areas, where there is limited visibility to the horizon, that the system will report it's position in "2D" which significantly reduces it's accuracy. While navigating in the 3D mode the GPS position is reported in Green, and while navigating in the 2D mode the position will be reported in Red. |

| 12. | How do I know if my vehicle receives my commands from the Internet web page or from my telephone commands ? Both the Internet web page and the automated IVR telephone system verify your vehicles receipt of your commands prior to notifying you that your command has been performed. |
